McCain's Grocery, the newest addition to Aw Shucks^®, has been a special part of Waxhaw history for many years. The old store which was originally an Esso filling station, was moved to Aw Shucks^® in the summer of 2010 where the restoration process began. The old store, built in 1910, was a common gathering place for the locals along 200 South in Waxhaw.
The newly restored McCain's will give visitors a glimpse into the past as many of the original items will be on display. McCain's is home to the Aw Shucks^® Food Concessions. The following items are offered in the FALL only:

• Chips - $1.00
• Nachos - $3.00
• Panini Sandwiches - $5.00
• Grilled Cheese - $3.00
• Yogurt Tubes - $1.00
• Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches - $3.00
• Yoo-hoo - $1.00
• Hot Chocolate - $1.50
• Coffee - $1.50
• Iced Tea (sweet or unsweet) - $1.25
• Soft Drinks, Water - $1.00
